Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena is happy to announce our third season of the 3v3 Hockey League, Summer 2023!
This season will continue to follow the adjustments made in 2022!
New, Full-Size Boards/Rink Dividers: The biggest addition that was made to the league last year is the purchase of new, full-size sturdy boards/rink dividers across center ice. Now, every age level will play half-ice 3v3. This means more puck touches, quicker pace, more shots, more goals, and more fun!
Player Placement: We will continue with two divisions at each age group to ensure healthy competition for everyone regardless of their skill level. Players will be designated to a specific division and team by our staff to the best of their ability, based on the information supplied in the skater's registration and any other information that we have available.
Team Format: Conferences will be determined by birth year. There will be 3 conferences with 2 divisions in Juniors, College, and Semi-Pro. Ideally, each team will have 10 skaters and 1 goalie.
- Juniors: 2016, 2017, 2018
- College: 2013, 2014, 2015
- Semi-Pro: 2010, 2011, 2012
Schedules: All four teams in each division will play at the same time, this will give teams the ability to have a more consistent and manageable schedule. The start date will be Monday, June 12th and end Thursday, August 17th. There will not be any league games between July 3rd - July 7th. Each team will play on two Saturdays: June 24 and July 8 (times TBD).
All players will receive a sublimated jersey included in their league registration.
