Bring your friends or teammates to work on skills, shooting, small area games, and more.

Pick up games are allowed.

These 1-hour sessions are offered to high school birth years, 2008-2005.

Full equipment is required. Pucks are not provided.

Pre-registration is preferred, but day of payment at the concession's register is available. 

Goalies are welcome to attend at no charge, but MUST complete the Capitol Ice Arena waiver and bring to arena.
